Our mission
Promote the development of women’s cricket in Africa to global standards through providing cross-cultural and inclusive high-performance experiences as well as promoting the empowerment and well-being of female cricketers in Africa.
What we do
We implement this through 4 main programmes;
ACA Foundation elite tours
Leadership and SRHR training programme
Girls National Academy Programme
Physiology services for women’s tournaments
How we do
Our methodology includes a mixture of Sport Development programmes (developing competitive cricket skills) and Sports For Development programmes (using cricket to empower women with life skills). The sports development programmes provide life-changing opportunities and experiences for women from different African countries to share a stage and play against high-level players across the globe in different tournaments.
